André recovers and gets the second place

For the fifth day in a row, Edu Piano/ Solon Mendes/ Davi Fonseca finished first in another stage of Sertões, between Palmas (TO) and Luis Eduardo Magalhães (BA) in 3h15min27. The surprise today was the second place, got by team Petrobras Lubrax André Azevedo/ Maykel Justo/ Ronaldo Pinto.
After facing problems in their truck and placing fifth on Saturday, the trio commanded by the experienced pilot André, completed 301 kilometers in 3h18min49, only three minutes behind the winner and present leader in general classification.
Third place stayed with Guido Salvini/ Weidner Moreira/ Fernando Chwaigert, with 3h21min06. Amable Barrasa/ Guilherme Signoretti made the fourth best tim: 3h28min35. Even marking the fourth best time, Barrasa is still in the second place in general classification. The time difference to Piano grew to 32min56. Isolated leader in the race, Edu Paino adds up 14h01min37 in five days.
