Today’s special promised high speeds and lots of adrenaline for the pilots. And that’s exactly what happened during the 300 Km of specal.
While moving from Palmas (TO) to Luis Eduardo Magalhães (BA), the bike pilots found good acceleration ground. Reaching speed average of 94.66 km/h, Zé Hélio was the fastest, finishing the stage in 3h10min47s.
Second place of the day and in general classification, Denisio do Nascimento, managed to follow Zé Hélio’s pace, arriving only 2 minutes behind him. Soon followed Sergio Henrique Klaumann, 3h12min32s and Jakub Przygonski 3h14min58s.
Advantage kept – In general classification, Zé Hélio didn’t amplify his usual advantage. And that is because Denisio do Nascimento kept practically the same average speed of the present Sertões champion: 93.87 km/h.
