Juca Bala falls, get six stitches, and seeks good results

Juca Bala is willing to get good results in the 17th Sertões International Rally. The bike pilot, with more than 20 years experience, has overcome his competition, and himself, in the largest course of the race, last Saturday 27th.

He finished the race with a wound and the 4th best time. “It was the largest rally special, the hardest race, with lots of hills, stones and dust”, he remembered.

On Friday’s stage, Juca tried to pass, and ended up hurt. “I passed a slow rider – one of the guys from the world championship – and ended up on the ground. I got six stitches in my elbow, and it is bothering me a little”, he explained.

Nevertheless, even in pain, he started the fifth special willing to keep a good pace and good placing. This is considered to be the most dangerous special of the race.
